How to read the index
WTI aggregates structured country, event, and group signals into a comparative monitoring index. Scores indicate relative analytical conditions at the dataset timestamp; they are not predictions or operational advice.
Review freshness, coverage, country evidence, and source context together. SDCofA maintains the analytical model and publishes the generated WTI dataset for this interface.

The early-warning desk is a separate, explainable precursor ensemble. It combines observable narrative, market, and synchronized acceleration anomalies; missing inputs are excluded and weights renormalized. Its confidence label describes coverage quality, never event likelihood.
Headline attribution uses OpenRouter when available. If credentials, quota, or a valid response are
unavailable, deterministic heuristic-v1 rules keep the pipeline running. Fallback events are
marked in the public data with confidence 0.45 and their attribution method for audit.
